Hello VeeThe eastern provinces have a common beauty to them and the people are more friendly there, than anywhere. We had a community pancake breakfast for Canada Day and fabulous summer weather.JUdith

What beautiful photos and a place I would love to visit some day! Enjoy your week, sweet Vee!
I also love Canada, Vee! It is one our favorite countries to visit.
Gorgeous views!! I have visited Canada a few times but LD has not! I think we have that on our bucket list for in a couple of years.
What a peaceful scene! No wonder your mother loved this place. I pray that these photos are filling you with warm memories.
I can certainly see why your mother loved this place...the views are beautiful! Is the cottage livable year round? I'd be very tempted to move there for those views!
Hi There Vee!These are lovely photos of New Brunswick, Canada! Did you grow up in Canada? I'd love to visit there some day, preferably in summer. :)Thanks so much for your visit! I hope you'll soon be able to get some fresh, ripe tomatoes in your area. They just really are the best, aren't they? Hope you have a wonderful Fourth of July!Hugs,Denise at Forest Manor
That is lovely...reminds me of our family's cottage (Tim's Mom's family)near Peterborough, ONT. We love it there.Your background is great for this month!Deanna
Just look at those wonderful reflections. Such beauty! Such calm water. I can hear the loons in my mind.
Oh dear, I don't really have loons in my mind. I can imagine the haunting sound of a loon's cry as I look at the still water of the lake.
gorgeous! I can see why it is your mum's favourite place - it reminds me of "On Golden Pond" Thank you for taking me there, and have a wonderful week.
What a beautiful view, would be my favorite place too.
You have some beautiful photos. A reminder of why I love visiting Canada. Have a Happy Canada Day.Yael from www.HomeGardenDiggers.com
Lovely views! I'm just putting together 'the summer box' that I send to my sister in New Brunswick every summer. The license plates used to read 'Canada's Picture Province' and it was true!
Any or all three of those photos would look beautiful framed and hung on the wall....so very peaceful and lovely!
By your photos I can see why your mom thought it was beautiful. How lucky to have that view. Valerie
What a peaceful place to spend the holidays. Happy Canada Day!!
Such a beautiful and peaceful setting! I can see why your mother loved it. Have a wonderful Monday!
What beautiful scenery and what a blessing to still have the cottage to feel her love and presence.
What a beautiful spot Vee! I love your new look to your blog and your photo editing (the red frames in today's post). We had a wonderful weekend here. In fact, it was fantastic! I'm just getting around to visiting a few blogs this evening as I'm way behind. I enjoyed your recent posts. Thanks for saluting Canada! Hugs, Pam
