Grab a Kiss



This morning, I was getting my Valentine gifts and cards together. I don't know about you, but gifts and cards live in lots of places around here. The chocolates are on top of the dish cupboard and the cards are now strewn all over the bed.




Then I thought that you, my friend, needed a Valentine from me so I opened the top tea cup drawer. Oh my! It had been taken over by ever so many things that were not tea cups.

I remembered that I had recently ironed a heart-shaped doily so went to fetch that from the linen drawer. That linen drawer has also been taken over by many things that are not linens.

Like Hershey Valentine's kisses — perfect!

Well, I probably should get back to work...

    Oh Vee, this is just a darling post! Yes, here at our home, the greeting cards live in lots of different places (too many in fact). I was relieved to know I'm not the only one who does that. :) I LOVE your heart-shaped pictures -- they truly make my day. Your teacups are all beautiful, my friend.

    You know I always put my hershey kisses somewhere like a linen drawer or tucked in the china cabinet. I don't want to exactly publish to the world (rest of house) that they are in residence until I'm ready to share them. Such a pretty teacup and I like your heart shape "effect" with the pics.
