ReplyDeleteWhat delightful fun!! It looks like everyone was fully engaged in all of the festivities! The colorful birthday cake shouts out to my fall-loving self, and I love the sodas. My crew would have had a great time with those selections! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to Laurel who inspired a lovely gathering!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great party! Happy Birthday wishes from me!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like such a lovely time of family fun and your daughter getting everything she hoped for for her birthday! I am embarrassed that I know nothing about a game called wiffle ball. I'm going to wikipedia now to see if I can learn somethings. The cake is beautiful! And that little line of colorful trees, did you make that?
ReplyDeleteFun with family and cake -- what a great way to celebrate!
ReplyDeleteAh yes...wiffle ball, I remember it well! How much fun is this??! It also looks as if someone lives quite close to the railroad tracks! That could be fun...OR NOT. It so wonderful Laurel got just what she wanted for her birthday:) Oh yeah...I am also admiring those darling page dividers!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to Laurel! It looked like her birthday wish came true and lead to a very happy day and memory!

ReplyDeleteGod bless the remainder of your weekend.
It sure looks like a lot of family fun was had. And the birthday girl got hug at last!
ReplyDeleteIt appears that you still have a lot of green leaves on your trees, Vee. Ours are all almost gone and we are heading into our third week of rainy and cloudy days. Really a rotten Fall so far....I'm wondering if we will even see an Indian summer this year.
What a difference a week makes! So sorry about your rotten weather fall...I have had a few of those and I hate'em.
DeleteA fabulous birthday event with food and exercise! Loved all the photos!
ReplyDeleteThank you for letting us peek in on you. Belated birthday greetings to Laurel. She looks like a fun-filled aunt. Her birthday gathering looks like it suits her to a tee. Love the colors on the cake and the colors of the outdoors too.
ReplyDeleteA perfect way to enjoy being with family, playing a family game outside, and just enjoying being together! Happy birthday to your daughter! Have a blessed weekend :)
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun! And it did look like a perfect fall day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun birthday idea. Your daughter has a lot of energy (said with envy). And she looks a lot like you!
ReplyDeleteFun family events together last so much longer than gifts. This looks like a very fun day. I love the idea of decorating the cake with little cupcakes too, how cute!
ReplyDeleteThat was Jake's idea. He dances; he decorates. 😊
