John, please get a snow-blower. You aren't 21 anymore, ya' know.
A titch tired of this? How does one say "a lot of titches"? Another 12.5 inches yesterday. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaah...
Or should that be Grrrrrrrrrrrrr? Yes, that's better.
I have been reduced to Googling "How to take your mind off of Winter?" Guess what, I didn't find anything, for me, anyway. I suppose, when all else fails, 'tis time to clean house.
Oh sighhhhhhhhhhh... How lame is that hu? -grinnnnnnnnn-
I'm not tiring of your photos....but am tiring of the snow. It just keeps coming and coming and coming. Spring will probably show up and then it will be summer in an instant.
Wow...you have opened my eyes to how other parts of the country live. We had 80 degrees this week and today should be in the 70's...so going to plant my garden. Now when we are having 100 plus you will be enjoying a nice breeze.
Oh, that darn white stuff!! I know that spring will come, but she sure is taking her time! It seems like the East coast has certainly taken a beating this year!
I want to be inside at your house, the muffins look sooooo good!
Morning, Vee. We have snow here in MO too, but not as much as you! Enough that we had our driveways plowed. We've had thunder while it's snowing, that's how strange our weather is. Your muffins looked good yesterday. Have a good weekend!
I used to just love spring and couldn't wait. Now not so much because it means HOT times are a'comin'. But especially in North Dakota, spring would just prop up and the birdies would sing and the crocus' would come out and everything was wonderful.
Hey Vee - I'm sorry it's so white up there - we're in the 70's & 80's here in Texas. I'm getting ready to put my garden in, BUT I know we'll have one more freeze before it's all over with.
It's a good thing that John does like shoveling all the snow - cuz he's gonna have to do it anyway, be it shovel or plow. Hopefully, spring is on it's way soon for you!

Oh my! I hope I do not return home to more of that! I have to admit I'm not too fond of sweating with humid summer heat ..lol...but all this winter's snow has been a challenge.Tell John to be careful to not overdo!
I am sure you are getting tired of it now. It's out staying it's welcome even though pretty. For us it is rain and rain and rain with a flooded garden. Stay warm.
I was moved by the song you played "I Belong to You." I'll never forget when my oldest daughter called home and in jubilation, half crying, half laughing shouted on the phone, "I belong! I'm accepted in the Beloved! Nothing else matters anymore!" She'd been reading the first few verses in Ephesians and when that realization penetrated her heart it made a huge difference in her life. I mentioned you in my latest post and trust that was ok with you. Appreciate you Vee!
It still looks pretty in your mosaic, but I can't imagine shoveling all of that. John does appear to be smiling though.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very pretty but I'm sure glad that I don't see that white stuff down my way.

John has a plow. There was no need for him to do this other than that he enjoys it, believe it or not. ;>
ReplyDeleteGracious, I bet he is tired of shoveling that evil white stuff!

Yup. I remember.
Pretty pics! But I will take the bue shies and 70 degree temps here in Texas today!
ReplyDeleteVee,
ReplyDeleteThe 8 inches of white stuff that greeted us this past Tuesday morning is ......gone!
The birds are singing merrily. I just know spring is coming!
Again?? Oh dear.
ReplyDeleteWe were nearly blown away with huge winds and that followed gobs of rain. But thankfully for now there was no new white stuff.
I thought I was the only one that used the work titch. My kids are always making fun of me for using that word.
ReplyDeleteI wish you could come visit me! It's nice here right now and I'm spending as much time outside as I can! Stay warm...and enjoy your weekend! ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteHow much snow did you get? It looks like a LOT!
ReplyDeleteYES!!! I am so tired of it and I LOVE SNOW!
ReplyDeleteAmen! Amen! Amen!

It snowed again here too, but still not as much as you have. WOW.... that's alot of snow. And I was feeling sorry for myself.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great looking young man you've got to shovel your sidewalk.
I imagine you both are!! Look at that snow. I am sending wishes your way, that the snow stops and spring begins for you!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Penny

ReplyDeleteI like snow. I like it when snow falls and I'm warm and cozy inside - or bundled up and walking hand in hand with my sweetie.
ReplyDeleteI like snow because I live in a place where the longest snow is on the ground is 2 weeks or so.
I would be right there, in your warm house, taking pictures from INSIDE, if I had all the snow you have. I'd be very tired of it, indeed.
Beautiful but I can see why you are ready for a change. John looks like he is taking it in stride!
ReplyDeleteSue
I think we are all ready for spring! But it looks mighty pretty over there...you must admit.
ReplyDeleteI now I am so tired of seeing snow. i can't wait until Spring arrives here!
ReplyDeleteYep..
