  1. Hi Vee,
I heard a snippet of the news about how blue M&M's were good for you. But I did not get the hole story. I will have to Google it.
I will eat M&M's as many as needed.
    LOL.

Take care and enjoy your day,
    Elizabeth

  2. I wish all the colors were good- my tongue is gonna look pretty funny. Seriously, it is amazing the advances and discoveries that are made daily. I have avoided M& Ms for so long and now I have a craving. (wonder why!) I especially like those with almonds in them!

  4. Probably not, but I don't think I would want as much as that mouse had!

    Yikes!

  5. You mean, you didn't know, Vee? When they begin making M&M's with truvia or Splenda what a happy girl I will be!!! Glad you're passing on the good news!

  6. I found some coconut flavored M&M's yesterday. I guess that means that if I eat all the blue ones, I'll have a strong spine AND will be getting lots of protein at the same time. That would make blue colored, coconut flavored M&Ms a genuine POWER food, right? Sounds right to me....:)

  7. Now this came out of the blue! How about blue Smarties...the Canadian M&M's? Something about your pic just doesn't look quite right...I don't think I have seen M&M's served on fine china before.

  8. Good or bad...I still like them! :)
I really like the peanut butter ones! I have been hearing about how good the coconut ones are but have not found them yet to try!
    Have a wonderful day Vee!

    Blessings!

  9. I can't wait to send this article to my daughter. Mars Chocolates, makers of M&M's, is her biggest client. She said they are a wonderful company to do business with and very customer friendly.

  14. What about Reese's Peanut Butter Cups? They're not blue, but chocolate comes from cacao beans (vegetable), Peanuts (vegetable), sugar (sugar cane - veggie), I mean it's ALL vegetable matter right? It's healthy right? Doesn't it pad my rear end and keep me from breaking something if I fall?

THat's my story and I'm stickin to it!

  15. Vee,
I just love how you make me laugh!!! I am afraid I will out on all those health benefits of M&m's cause I don't like chocolate.

Your post on Sunday spoke to me in a big way. I hope you won't mind that I saved it for a future kick in the pants when I need it!

  16. I vaguely know about this. With 2 days in the hospital with my sick daughter I am lost to the current news. I love the M&Ms though. Can't eat just one or two.

  20. Yes...they are very good for you. :)

Sorry I am so late in my visits...I am staying far away from the computer these past few days. Today it hit over 100 and I took 2 showers and an ice cold bath. It's brutal...no central air. We are taking long trips in the car in the A/C...even Sadie. We've been through the DQ more than a few times these past few days...and tonight we had cold sandwiches for dinner. Hopefully the heatwave will be over after the weekend. I am not a hot weather bird...there will be no retiring to Florida in my future. :)

    Hugs,
    Robin

  22. This is SUCH good news. I agree with Pat that Mars Chocolates is a great company. My aunt worked at the factory for years and we would go on tours. Big, HUGE vats of chocolate.

  23. Boy, when you start talking chocolate look how many comments you get!! :) I am not so much a chocolate person, but what an interesting story. I wouldn't be surprised if they started selling bags of blue-only M&Ms on this news.
