Chickies
~Chickies~
It has been a busy week in my corner. Yesterday, we went to the Fryeburg Fair. Two hundred photos later, and I am still getting the best of the best ready for tomorrow's post. Right. You're in for it. Hope to see you then!
For today, though, I thought I'd bring this week full circle.
Joining Kati for Photo Friday.
P.S. Oops...Kati cancelled October's Photo Friday and will pick up again November 1.
How cute! I love how round and fluffy they are! And what is tomorrow's post going to be about?
ReplyDeleteMorning Vee. Love these little chickies and will look forward to seeing the rest of your 200 pictures tomorrow. I went to Kings Landing yesterday and took over 200 pics. Are you and I snap happy or what! Enjoy the day.
ReplyDeleteLittle chicks are the cutest things!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the fairs ~ can't wait to see more.
ReplyDeleteChicks are darling !
What a sweet photo. Looking forward to tomorrow's post.

How sweet! Hard to believe they will grow up to be KILLER chickens! haha! AAAhhh....the fair! How wonderful to get to go. We're going to our first Fall festival Saturday....the peanut festival! Want some boiled peanuts?
ReplyDeleteI love baby chicks. Ours arrive next Thursday and my beloved is nearly ready his preparation to welcome them!
ReplyDeleteoh how adorable! Soo sweet! Enjoy your week-end Vee!
ReplyDeleteAwww....what cuties! Baby chicks are so precious. I look forward to seeing your photos :) Hugs to you, Vee!
ReplyDeleteIt has been awhile since I have seen any baby chicks or any human babies. Babies are so sweet and cuddly. I can hardly wait for our 2 new great grands that are expected. Got to go take another look at the theme for tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAaaaaahhh....
ReplyDeleteThere are not many things any cuter than the fluff balls that are baby chicks. (Before they become "killers." ~smile~)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your fair pictures! A post on the Fryeburg Fair was one of the first of yours that I read a couple of years ago. I still love that it was the model of the fair in Charlotte's Web.
Oh so very cute. I want some. : )
ReplyDeleteOh sure...they are real cute now but soon they'll be chasing you and pecking at your ankles! :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your fair experience!
Blessings...
Oh they are so cute! I want to cuddle with one.
ReplyDelete(It's hard to imagine that these cuties could become "killer chickens" one day. :D)
I love "seeing" the fair through your photos. Looking forward to it. Cute little chickies, too. For a minute I thought you and John decided to raise chickens. xo
ReplyDeleteSuch a delightful image! Hoping to have my own 'chickies' some day!
ReplyDeleteAren't they just adorable! My sister has chickens and I'm so jealous, but unfortunately our development doesn't allow them:-(
ReplyDeleteHi Vee!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! I have always wanted chickens!. My daughter has 7 hens, who provide them with all the eggs they need - and sometimes us too! I love to go to the hardware store in the Spring and listen to them chirp!!
Hugs,
barb
So, therapy to overcome your killer chicken fears? Somehow, I don't think you are about to begin keeping chickens, but I certainly could be wrong! I often am.
ReplyDeleteCuteness!
ReplyDeleteI love fairs and watching the chicks hatch! Was hoping to get to the "BIG E" but that's not happening this year!
ReplyDeleteYour photo of the chicks is sweet! I've always wanted to see the Fryeburg Fair....can't wait to see your post tomorrow!

I love little chickies. If I'm there when they come in at the farm for their owners to pick up, I just want to bring one or two home with me. Didn't you?
ReplyDeleteJudith
future killer chickens?!
ReplyDeleteBaby chicks are the sweetest things! Looking forward to tomorrow's post.
ReplyDeleteWe're waiting!

Oh they are so cute! Glad your package arrived! I shall be back to see your photos. Sounds like I'll need an easy chair and a bowl of popcorn!!!!
ReplyDeleteCute chickies. So soft and cuddly looking. I'll block off some time tomorrow for the 200 picture post.
ReplyDeleteThere is no way that I would subject anyone to a 200 picture post!
DeleteAwe, they are too cute! I can't wait to get ours.
ReplyDeleteIt is 1:38 in the morning I can't sleep and I knew I had to come by and catch up, I think the last time I was here chickens was the topic, or it seems someone was running from them. ~smile~ I think after the visit to the fair and seeing these sweet little ones your fear of chickens just might be coming to and end. Aren't they adorable, and I bet they were peep peep peeping a cute song for you.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to you sharing of your trip, enjoyed your previous posts too! I always enjoy a visit to "Haven", it truly is a haven for me and so many others, Vee!
Love,
Sue
Oh Vee,
ReplyDeletewho can resist those little balls of fluff.
I've always wanted to have a few chickens - too late now as we live in a townhouse on a small piece of land!
Wishing you all a very happy weekend.
love and hugs
