Fresh Tomato Galette

Oh yes. It was good. Very.

The recipe? Simple.

Crescent rolls, mozzarella and provolone cheese, fresh, ripe tomatoes drizzled with olive oil, a bit of sea salt, and five olives cut in half. ☺ Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

Kati! Can you believe it? I have finally landed on the correct day. =D

  6. Leftovers? I'll be right over! Too bad I'm gluten free:(

If we have pizza, I eat the toppings and make a salad. You'd think that I'd be pick thin - right? Oh well:)

    Happy Friday my friend!

  21. I know I would love this recipe. Now, if only I had some tomatoes. Must look for some at the roadside stand because ours haven't done very well this year and we only get 1 or 2 at a time and small ones at that.
