Boy, y'all have had a bunch of snow this year. I like your fancy Luge. The competitors are much more entertaining than the bunch in Russia. Our frost was so heavy this AM in SE Georgia it looked like a light dusting of snow. It was quite lovely. ~:)
Happy Valentine's Day to you, Vee! What fun.....What my husband might have called "too much fun". Your Valentines are obviously all enjoying themselves wonderfully!
So cute! Do you think we will see them in the Olympics someday? We could say we knew them way back when they were lugeing their grandparents yard! Lol ! My luge days are over, the last time I went down a sledding hill with the girls (several years ago) I screamed the whole way down, much to their amusement. I prefer to be the keeper of the hot cocoa now. ♥Happy Valentines day!♥
Now I would soooooooooooo enjoy this!! This is precious! Just great! Enjoy, enjoy! All my boys would enjoy this also. We just never get that around here much. Not enough to really play in! Beautiful pictures...thanks for sharing!
John is sooo sweet to dig that Luge track for his grandsons! They are two lucky boys! This looks like great fun. We didn't get so many snows here growing up, but I have very fond memories of sledding on the snow we did get. We have a very pretty snow out there right now, so I'm a happy southern girl at the moment. :)
Your John is a good man to get out in the cold and snow to give the boys a day of fun sledding. And you are a good grandma to encourage and record the fun, too. This brings back many memories of my kids sledding and even my own sledding days. Hmmm. I think there might be a blog post for me about that sometime.
Oh what fun!! Great memories being made at the haven's luge today. I can tell you and John are "hands on" grandparents. The very best kind!! I'm taking notes.
That's a lot of fun and memories you and John are making for your grandsons. That luge is pretty cool! I hope you're enjoying your Valentine Day. I am!! :)
Oh how FUN!!! Those kids must just love your John because he looks like he is having as much fun shooshing and cheering as they are luging. (Is that how you would spell that???) Every time I see him, I think how much her reminds me of my dad, even the inflection in his voice. (Dad was not from Dixie, if you recall...)
The run looks like fun! Be careful Grandma, especially if you go down head first. LOL
ReplyDeletefun fun fun!!! enjoy and happy friday!
