Hearth Dreaming

To poke a wood fire is more solid enjoyment than almost anything else in the world. ~Charles Dudley Warner

Guess that's especially true on bitter cold days. I'm dreaming of hearths today and watching a fire burn.

  4. I'm with you 100% on that one Vee! i love a crackling fire. We actually have a fireplace but we haven't bought wood yet! Isn't that pathetic. I think I will hit David up to go buy some of those artificial logs so we can have a fire tonight! Thanks for the inspiration! xxo

  7. Robin, you have a habit of calling me "Wee" and, personally, I love it! :)

Ahhhh, now that you mention it again (because I've asked before...memory lapses are hell), I do remember your saying where you are originally from. I'm sorry to say that I've never seen Mystic Pizza, but it'll give me something to look for at the video store and I'll be watching just to see your town.
