Just Practicing

My mosaic making that is and I see that I need a lot of practice. Why oh why won't my lines go straight and uniformly? My subject is "Breakfast on the Deck." Breakfast out there was good fun as it was sunny and pretty warm with lots of birdsong. (Don't let that much loved flannel shirt fool you!)

I'm practicing because Mary at Little Red House is going to begin a "Mosaic Madness" if she has enough takers. Would you like to join the party, too? Just stop by and let her know.

  1. Your mosaic looks fine to me, but then again I've never made one so I may not be the best judge. Breakfast on your deck looks like a wonderful way to start the day.

  3. Your mosaic looks perfect to me...very professional! I can nearly hear BBJ whistling up the birds! Breakfast must have been yummy, I don't see a bit of it on the flannel!

  6. Now you *have* to stop this moaning about how you need mosaic practice. And how your "lines won't go straight." As 'Happy @ Home' said... it looks fine.

Now me!!!!!!! I'm a diff hill of beans, entirely! I do have troubles with making mosaics. Trouble with knowing what size to make my individual pics. Trouble with knowing what size to make my whole mosaic. Trouble with placing the pics. Trouble with knowing which "lines" are which. So I can set the colors, I prefer. Etc.

Lots of ^&(*&&%$^&*^% troubles with mosaics. Me! I do! You don't. So there! >,-))))))))

On top of all this, you dangle a temptation to join in some "Mosaic Madness" party. Oh sigh... No time. No time. Already stretched thin, on the Net. Already belong to tooooo many Net places.

And still, you dangle more temptation in my path! -sigh- -moan- -pout- -whine-
