Ahhhhhh, the next few hours will be spent completely alone. Yes! Thanks be to God. I am going to spend them visiting blogs and enjoying reading about how Thanksgiving was spent and about others' Christmas plans. Since my own decorating plans are on hold until my sis leaves for Iowa in a few days, I have the luxury of having this down time and I am counting it all joy.

Enjoy your lonely bliss...we need that every so often! I'm sure you'll come up with lots of great Christmas decor ideas as you surf blogland.
ReplyDeleteDoes your sister live in Iowa? That's where my 'baby' brother and his family live...out in the country near Waterloo.
I had to go back to bed after my sleepless night.... my stomach and head still are not great with so little sleep. Check out my night ...
ReplyDeletestill am wondering if the poor guy is alright...my sister had a major concussion and I did see some of the same symptoms... hope things did not deteriorate.
Great photo!

I love these plant pots.
ReplyDeleteI love the quilt in the previous post too.
No I am not in the midst of Christmas preparations as such except for beginning to get stuff together for card making.I send out about 90 and get as many as possible made by my own fair hands.
My presents are all bought, either throughout the year while on holiday when I have time to browse or via. the internet.
I guess I will begin decorating about the middle of December.
How about you?
Vee, enjoy your rest!! Take advantage of it. Busy times ahead!
ReplyDeleteLove the photos..I do think they make a nice addition as they share the more personal bits and our favorite little odds and ends.
I will post soon, trying just to catch up on some things this weekend. xo T.
