We had ourselves some entertainment this evening when the Train Conductor and Buzz Lightyear arrived. Darling Daughter/Auntie had set up a little Bobbing for Donuts game. While Buzz Lightyear played a merry tune on the piano, Mr. Train Conductor figured out exactly how to eat a donut.
Please visit *Mary at Little Red House* for more mosaics. I'll be looking for some flowers myself. ;>
That's a new game to us-bobbing for donuts. Looks like you all had a good time. Their costumes were so cute.
ReplyDeleteOk...bobbing for donuts sounds great to me!
ReplyDeletem ^..^
Adorable Mosaic Vee, I don't know how you are going to top this one. But you will, I know, lol
ReplyDeleteI know you enjoyed the evening with those sweet grandchildren. How blessed to be able to spend times like these with them, ours are so far away.
Hugs,
'Sue
It sounds like so much fun! Happy Halloween. I'm loving all of the pictures!
ReplyDeleteVee, what a neat mosaic. Love the vignette for borders.
ReplyDeleteYou have a lovely header too!
Adorable! What a fun time they are having! LOL, bobbing for donuts!
ReplyDeleteBobbing for donuts - what fun! My grandkids are far away, but I may try that for fun at Christmas!
ReplyDeleteToo cute ... bobbing for donuts ... sounds like something I'd like! ;D ;D
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a fun time tonight!
ReplyDeleteThey looks so cute in their costumes. Great photos.
ReplyDeleteSweet mosaic...I would bob for a donut lol.
ReplyDeleteYour trick-or-treaters are such sweeties!
ReplyDeleteThese are some really cute pictures & I like how you combined them, too.
ReplyDeleteSuch fun memories!!!
So adorable!
ReplyDeleteThey are very cute. Have a nice time.
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job with the mosaic! Lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteOOooOo cute!!
ReplyDeleteWhat cuties! I'd LOVE a game of bobbing for donuts...can I play??!!
ReplyDeleteA great mosaic capturing two little darlings that warm the heart! Lots of fun in these mosaics!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like train Conductor and Buzz Lightyear had a wonderfil Halloween!
ReplyDeleteI think bobbing for donuts must be more fun than bobbing for apples..I honestly never liked that game.
It looks like they were having a ball!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Penny
Bobbing for donuts would probably be a lot less messy than bobbing for apples. Are they Tim Horton donuts?
ReplyDeleteSo very sweet!!
ReplyDeleteThat is a charming mosaic! Was surely great fun for the kids.
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful post!!! Halloween for you was certainly a lot of fun!!!! Have a grand day!1 Cathy
ReplyDeleteVee,
ReplyDeleteHow precious! I think you just might have a little Mozart on your hands with that little piano player and what a fun way to enjoy a sweet treat. Those grands of your are just cute as buttons! Have yourself a wonderful day.
Soo cute. Love the costumes. Looks like your evening was filled with fun and family.
ReplyDeleteBobbing for Sugared Donuts! Yummmmm... Sooooooooo much better than the old Bobbing [*Drowning*] For Apples. Your daughter is such a "sharpie"! And an all round super auntie! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe Grands are so cute, in their happy little costumes. :-) Me-thinks "top right" one is getting a bit tired, though. They kind of get a sort-of-glazed look and begin to need to shut down. :-))))) Know what I mean?
Gentle hugs...
How sweet...and fun! Happy November dear friend! ♥
ReplyDeleteHow very precious! We had a couple of pumpkins at our place and a princess. I agree with your yesterday's post...if I'd have my druthers, but as grandparents it is more important to just enjoy those adorable grandkids every fun moment we get!
ReplyDeleteDon't kids just love dressing up?
ReplyDeleteNow that sounds like a fun game...bobbing for donuts. I too was wondering if they might be Tim Horton's donuts...maybe even Canadian maple, at that.
Oh how cute! When I first looked at the pictures, I thought they were marshmallows - that might be fun, too!
ReplyDeleteThose boys are growing so much - they are just too cute for words! I love their costumes! I'm glad they came to your house for Halloween. Cute mosaic, Vee! You're getting really good at those!
We didn't see many trick-or-treaters as the churches in our towns here in east Texas have festivals for the kids to dress up, play games and get candy. A safer environment, but at least those little ones don't know what they're missing by going door to door!
Omigosh, how cute is that?! Bobbing-for-donuts -- I love it!
ReplyDeleteDarling conductor and Buzz Lightyear. La
ReplyDeleteHad not heard of bobbing for donuts before. :) Cute mosaic.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and nice comment.
Sounds like you had a great time. Sweet mosaic! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I sure hope that the shoes don't mean the same as in your corner. Glad I didn't know when the girls and I talked about it. Let's hope for something a bit more positive.

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun mosaic! It looks like everyone had a great time!
ReplyDeleteThat is a different way to do a mosaic. I like that. How cute is that little one.
ReplyDeleteVee,
ReplyDeleteI sure would rather bob for donuts rather than apples anyday! Wow. What a great idea!
Absolutely too cute! Bobbin for donuts sounds right up my alley!
