We, John and I, had determined that the first good day beforeMemorial Day we would travel north and be certain that things had been taken care of properly. Like so many others this week, we were visiting a cemetery, buying flowers, tending graves, and making sure that all was well.
It was such a beautiful day that I'm just going to share a few pictures and run off and enjoy this beautiful day, too.

Yes, the new A/C unit in the bedroom was wonnnnnnderful, all ways. You know I hate to spend money, but I am so glad that he pushed for doing this. And I told him so too! After the lovely night's sleep I got last night!
Yup, I ADMITTED that he was RIGHT, to have it installed.... And I was wrong, to not want to do it. Seeeeeeeeeee, how *super-wonderful* I can be?!? Once in a while. ,-)))))))

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I think melted chocolate on toast topped with strawberries would be equally delicious. In fact, one thing I want to try soon is melted a square of dark chocolate on toast and topping it with a little sea salt.

Mom visits Dad's adorable cemetery as often as she can and spruces it up. She was a bit put out that there was a new, close neighbor at her last visit....but when she thought about it she came to be o.k.
