Christmas Playlists
Image: My Christmas window box with tips and winterberries
Yes, we received our promised snow and so spent the day deep in projects...journals, aprons, and gingerbread houses. (Maybe I'll show you or maybe I'll just allow you to exercise your imagination. ;>) A playlist was on throughout the day so allow me to share those that I've been especially enjoying.
Let's start with these four and in no particular order:
Restyled Home Playlist
*Catherine Holman Folk Art Playlist
Coffee Tea Books and Me Playlist
Edie Marie's Attic Playlist
(Now that Playlist is no more, these links no longer work.)
*Catherine's may require a visit directly to her blog (never a bad thing) where you can pop out the player from her sidebar. It's a lovely list! Sometimes the link works; other times not. All other links will take you to the player where all you have to do is click the play arrow in the center of the newly opened screen. Then minimize and off you go!
This should keep you in Christmas music through the day. Tomorrow, we may discuss the playlist to listen to when a break from Christmas music would be nice. (I just rarely need a break from Christmas music.)
A joyous Thursday to you!

Such fun to see what people have on their playlists. Isn't there just something about Nat King Cole's voice that means Christmas to your ears.
ReplyDeleteTo answer your question from yesterday, I teach ESL for the local Literary Council to people who have pretty tough lives but who came to the US to make that better. They work so hard to learn English. I admire each of them.
Vee,
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had a busy yet profitable day. We have thawed a bit and I need to go out shopping but feel a bit tired, maybe after lunch.
I kind of ignored my play list a bit. I did managed two uploads for Christmas but that is it. I adore Christmas music and it makes the unpleasant chores go quicker when I listen to it.
I hope you have a wonderful day!
Vee:
ReplyDeleteWe are getting the most snowy forecast here, ever. 10-25 cm tonight, 10-20cm on Sunday and more on Christmas Eve. What is your forecast like?
Will you have a white Christmas?

Knitty, Vintage and Rosy
Gosh you are so smart I never thought of doing that.... duh to me....

Thanks for the links to good playlists, Vee! I love to find new music through them and I often jot down song names so I can go back later and add them to my list. So much good music in the world to listen to.
ReplyDelete:-)
We are getting snow predictions for tomorrow. As long as we aren't delayed flying out to Denver next week I don't mind.
Enjoy your quiet day at home!
Hugs, Pat

Wow, I miss dropping in on you for a few days and all sorts of things take place. Oh my! Glad you are both alright!
ReplyDeleteI will check out the playlists. Really good idea!
I'm so lazy! I didn't want to take the chance of losing my play list so didn't do a Christmas one...thanks for sharing these! And it was a wonderful day for chores...
