I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year.

I "fixed" the torn linen...

Sweet juxtaposition between the cold outdoors and the warmth inside and that strawberry gets more delicious looking every time I see it!

Your turn!
Love all your note cards this month Vee. You better hope some young person doesn't beat you to the strawberry. :-) I have to say, that is my favourite note card and not just because I'm envious of you having snow.

Beautiful set of cards. I love them all, but that first one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteNice choice of photos for this month's note card party. The last one is my favorite. Thanks for hosting again.

I like the magic of the 1st one, but the little village
house with it's light aglow is my favorite, me thinks.
Such pretty choices for note cards this month, Vee! Of course, my favorite is the tree in front of the window through which the falling snow is seen but not felt. Such a cozy scene!
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting this December note card party. I am off to visit some more Christmas homes...
I have the same book as yours in the top photo. I love all the sweet things that the Christmas holidays tease out of the closets. Beautiful note cards.

ReplyDeleteLovely. I read your comment about the little worshippers with a catch in my throat.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, the last photo makes one feel cozy, snuggly and safe.
I love yours! I think that last one is my favorite, but the Glory of the Lord is really shining in the little cottage one for sure.
ReplyDelete(Psst: Can you imagine what it was really like? I can't wait to see it.)
I'm not going to have the time to visit around until later today, but I sure hope to get some cocoa and sit a spell. I really and truly do LOVE this party.
Beautiful decorations- and I love the tree next to the window- just perfect!
ReplyDeleteWill return to follow the links ~ your notecards are great!
ReplyDeleteSuch sweet Christmas photos Vee! Don't send me that sleet when you send the snow this way!
ReplyDeleteThese are all lovely vignettes of Christmas that would make wonderful cards. I am somewhat envious of your snow, but not the freezing rain and sleet. The little church full of light is a good message for all of us.

Love them all especially the tree in the window. Looks like home:)

ReplyDeleteHi Vee, this is my first time taking part in your notecard party. thankyou for hosting.
Now, the first image is my favourite, I would like to know, what is the book you used? So evocative.. It takes me back to an older worlde.
Most images with snow I love, being a displaced Scot (now in Oz).
Merry Christmas

Hi Fiona~
DeleteVery happy to have you along for this sleigh ride!
The book is a pop-up book called "Snowflakes." Have tried Googling, though none of the images look quite the same. Since this went off with my grands, I can't check for author. The inside of the book does look very similar to what I've seen online.
Hi Vee, I don't often have pictures to join in your note card party but I did yesterday. I just wanted to say that this is such a nice group of bloggers; I so appreciated the comments from everyone. It was great fun visiting with new friends! Thanks for hosting.
ReplyDeleteVee, I ADORE your fourth photo. WOW!!! You have some definite Christmas card worth photos here too, Vee.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
A great little collection of notecards...all 'shining a little light' on a grey day. Thanks for hosting, Vee.
